Sohan Leaves the Field on a Stretcher; How Is He Now?

Nurul Hasan Sohan was part of the playing eleven in the final match of the recently concluded West Indies series. While fielding in the match, he suffered an ankle injury. Because of this, the wicketkeeper-batter may have to stay off the field for several days.

After the injury last night, Sohan had an X-ray of his ankle at a local hospital in Chattogram. The result has been received by the BCB’s medical department, which offers some positive news.

The BCB medical team stated that the X-ray report showed no fractures. However, he will undergo another examination in Dhaka today.

Although there is no fracture, the injury is serious. As a result, he may need to stay away from the field for a long time. This has also raised concerns about his participation in the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
