India Find Comfort After Kuldeep’s 3-Wicket Spell

On the opening day of the Guwahati Test, India’s left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav delivered a masterclass in spin bowling, claiming three crucial wickets and keeping South Africa firmly under control. Ravindra Jadeja also contributed with one wicket, complementing the combined efforts of India’s bowlers to maintain pressure throughout the innings.

India can take considerable comfort from Kuldeep’s bowling performance, which prevented the Proteas from dictating terms on a pitch offering some assistance to the spinners.
