Rishad Chooses Big Bash Over BPL

Bangladeshi cricketer Rishad Hossain is set to take the field for the Hobart Hurricanes in Australia’s domestic T20 competition, the Big Bash League (BBL). He has already secured a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

The decision comes at a time when the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) is also scheduled to take place. However, Rishad has opted to play in the Australian league instead.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has supported his choice, seeing it as an opportunity for player development. In the previous season of the Big Bash, Rishad had the chance to represent Hobart, but he was unable to take part due to not receiving the necessary NOC from the BCB.

That season, Hobart went on to win the championship, leaving Rishad with a sense of missed opportunity. However, this time around, he is determined to help his team lift the trophy and make up for that disappointment.
