The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has finalised the list of international players eligible for the 12th edition of the BPL auction, with more than 500 players initially registered. After a rigorous selection process, 250 players have made it to the final list, including one Indian cricketer.
Ahead of the auction, each franchise can directly sign up to two overseas players before the main bidding begins. During the auction, franchises are required to purchase at least two foreign players, with a maximum budget of USD 350,000 allocated for four international players per team.
The 12th edition of the BPL is scheduled to kick off on 19 December 2025, with the inaugural ceremony on 17 December in Dhaka, and the grand finale set for 16 January 2026.
